The Perfect Case for the International Criminal Court
The International Criminal Court (ICC) is looking for the perfect case. The perfect case would be the one that would convince the American public that the U.S should join the ICC.
We are actually one of a few holdouts that haven't already signed up, for good reason I might add. The "globalist" have been trying to sucker us into this one for a long time.
The ICC bills itself as being the only alternative in prosecuting top level war criminals. People that are heads of state and high officials, like presidents, dictators and other high level government officials.
Once a country joins the ICC (a United Nations subsidiary by the way) they can arrest and take anyone into custody that has violated any number of laws of the United Nations. They will be able to arrest anyone for something as simple as criticizing the United Nations. There will be no constitution or Bill of Rights that will stand in their way.
Of course they won't flex this muscle, until they get the world's most powerful country on board, the United States.
This is where their "perfect Case" comes in. To make their perfect case they would need a U.S. citizen, preferably a president or other high official, that had committed atrocious war crimes against humanity, like torture, murder, assasination, and the needless killing of innocent noncombatants, men, women, and children.
To make this work, the U.S. would have to pass a law so that it could not prosecute it's President, other high officials or anyone, for war crimes. A law like the "Military Commissions Act of 2006" passed recently by our congress would work nicely.
Finally the last step would be for the "globalist" to turn their media assets lose to expose the crimes of a president or other high officials to the American public. The crimes would be so horrible that the American people would cry for criminal justice. The only justice to be found however would be at the ICC, since America would no longer be able to prosecute one of it's own.
If the day comes that we are faced with a situation were we are unable to prosecute our own war criminals, as we presently are, and we have to turn these people over to the ICC, then this nation will cease to exist as a sovereign nation. Think about that...
For these reasons, I urge you to contact your congress people and insist on a repeal immediately of the "Military Commissions Act of 2006", and ask where they stand on the ICC.
Here is a list of other questions you might want to ask congress, as well.
